WD-Home improves the lives of older persons in community thru the most modern and practical caregiver-support technology.
Older persons remain safe, comfortable, and engaged, wherever they choose to live.

The idea of WD-Home began during a visit to a family member’s assisted living community east of Los Angeles. In this 100-bed facility, I witnessed the contrasting realities of elderly care: The resident’s vibrant energy and severe needs; the critical yet highly demanding underpaid work of caregivers. I was struck by care happening largely without the tools to record, measure and organize outputs. I immediately saw how modern documentation and results-sharing along with in-time modeling and warning of hospitalization risk could impact both older person and caregiver health and well-being. A year later with a ton of study, help and wrangling, WD-Home was born.

We only do what works. Everything we create we use for our families.
